As she grew, so did her mastery of varied and delicious pasta recipes. In the late 1980's, Luciana opened her first homemade pasta shop, which today is know as the brand Luciana Mosconi. These beautiful nests of Papardelle have a toothsome, porous texture that holds sauce like no other.
