The story of Luciana Mosconi begins in Le Marche, where as a child, she learned to pull dough from her mother. As she grew, so did her mastery of varied and delicious pasta recipes. In the late 1980's, Luciana opened her first homemade pasta shop, which today is know as the brand Luciana Mosconi. "Paglia e Fieno" ("straw and hay"), nests two types of Tagliatellie -Â the classic and a spinach-enriched version. Both are perfect with light sauces, with or without tomato. Â
