The dough is enriched with natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, protected by Slow Food, and a blend of 4 selected spices, giving the Veneziana an unmistakable aroma and taste. The surface is covered with a fragrant glaze richly topped with Italian “Tuono” almonds and sugar crystals.
