The Noël artisanal Panettone is soft and well-aerated, thanks to the use of Loison's ancient sourdough starter and 72 hours of patient handcrafted work.

The dough, yellow in color, is enriched with sweet sultana raisins, juicy candied pears, natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar, and a selection of traditional spices like cinnamon, star anise, and cloves. 

All the basic ingredients are fresh: eggs from safe farms, milk, cream, and butter.
