The Veneziana has a soft, well-aerated dough thanks to the use of our sourdough starter and 72 hours of patient artisanal preparation. The dough is then enriched with natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and a delicious cream made from Bronte green pistachios, two prized Slow Food products, and enhanced with a blend of 4 selected spices, giving the Veneziana a distinctive aroma and taste. Finally, the surface is covered with a delicate glaze and topped with a crunchy pistachio crumble.
