The Pistachio Veneziana is the typical sweet focaccia from Venice, a symbol of history, cultural influences from distant lands, and Italian creativity.

Dario Loison created his own Veneziana by blending the uniqueness of Venetian tradition with the search for and selection of unique and high-quality ingredients.

The Veneziana has a soft, well-aerated dough thanks to the use of our sourdough starter and 72 hours of patient artisanal preparation. The dough is then enriched with natural Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and a delicious cream made from Bronte green pistachios, two prized Slow Food products, and enhanced with a blend of 4 selected spices, giving the Veneziana a distinctive aroma and taste. 

Finally, the surface is covered with a delicate glaze and topped with a crunchy pistachio crumble.
